Foga Hebrus

We had a wonderful stay at Foga Hotel and would gladly recommend it to others. The location is excellent, and our room was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a lovely balcony, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great start to each day. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the hotel’s private beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge. We also really appreciated the complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the beach, running from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, which made everything very convenient. The only small suggestions for improvement would be the beds and pillows. A thicker mattress would make the bed more comfortable, and we found the pillows a bit too large, thick, and firm for our preference. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

The worst experience ever. They gave my room to someone else who paid a higher price than us. And they informed us in our way to the hotel. Staff was rude. Instead of helping us they just informed about policy payment in our way there when they apparently gave the room

We were two days overnights in this hotel and it was really nice. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good and clean.

The worst experience in my life! Never coming here again! We arrived yesterday and the receptionist (he said his name was Luis) was very rude to us. My husband has reduced mobility and he can’t walk, but Luis said he doest care. We had to walk to the 2nd floor with crutches to the room, because they don’t have elevators. They wouldn’t refund the money because that is their policy! Half board means that they bring us to the beach restaurant in a trashy dirty car that barely moves. Breakfast is awful! My kids couldn’t eat anything. Plus - you need to pay even for a coffee (that is the hotel “policy”). The pictures are totally different from the real life! We paid 2300€ for 8 nights. It is suppose to be a 4* hotel! There is no proper entrance, no sunbeds at the pool. Service is the worst I ever had. And the hotel itself is located somewhere where around is construction sites. So you can imagine the view. At the reception guy said, “You can leave if you want, but the money we won’t refund”. LIARS! I am surprised this place is still here. DON’T COME TO THIS HOTEL! It’s a scam! And we are not the only ones thinking this. Other guests we spoke to also say the same!

Overpriced, Disorganized, and Not Family-Friendly We had high expectations for this hotel, but our experience was far from what’s advertised—and absolutely not worth the price. Upon arrival, we were told our room was overbooked. We had to wait over an hour late at night with three small children and were sent to a lower-standard hotel for the night. No real apology or proper compensation was offered. The next morning, we were charged for breakfast at the replacement hotel, even though breakfast was supposed to be included. We paid out of pocket and received no reimbursement. We were later offered free sunbeds at the hotel’s beach as an apology, but the beach was completely unsuitable for young children. We had to find another beach and pay €40 for sunbeds ourselves—again, no compensation. It didn’t stop there: • No beach towels were available for the first two days. We used the room towels, and only after staff noticed did they give us four mismatched towels, which looked like lost towels from previous guests. • No coffee with breakfast. We were told their filter coffee machine was broken, so we had to pay for espresso-based drinks every morning. No offer to waive the cost. • The baby beds were unusable—tiny cribs that our 1.5 and 2-year-olds couldn’t fit into. They had to sleep with us in the bed. • Worst of all, we found a moldy pillow in our child’s bed. When we opened the pillowcase, it was stained and full of mold. Completely unacceptable. The staff were generally kind, but management clearly lacks professionalism and care. For the high rates they charge, this hotel delivers a disappointing and frustrating experience. Not recommended for families—or anyone expecting quality, honesty, or basic hospitality.

The hotel is very good. When I saw it had 3 stars, I initially thought it wouldn't be anything special, but this hotel is very beautiful. I liked it very much, Foga beach was also nice, the food was good, and the rooms are very nice and clean. I recommend it."

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the center of Ksamil and close to shops, bars, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel has a very unique and distinctive atmosphere, with thoughtful decoration and design details that make it stand out from other places. Our room was spacious, featuring a large, comfortable bed and a private jacuzzi, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and something you don’t often find in similar accommodations. One of the things we appreciated the most was the huge window in our room, which offered a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery and lush plants. It created a serene, natural ambiance that made the room feel peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Another major highlight was the outdoor swimming pool. It’s incredibly large, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably even when there are other guests around. The pool area is well maintained and designed for relaxation, with plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was delicious and clearly homemade, with fresh ingredients. The breakfast area is outdoors, beautifully decorated with warm wooden furniture. Lastly, we want to thank Luis, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.
