From my time in Ksamil, this has to be one of the best hotels. It is what I would call a proper boutique hotel. It and its sister hotel next door are two years old and delightful. I suspect there are about 24 bedrooms, ours was in the back - lovely view over Ksamil and the sea. So nicely appointed with modern furniture, lovely bathroom, comfy bed and very spacious. Nice balcony and wonderful air conditioning. The hotel foyer looked like the entrance to a top end spa. Has a restaurant and bar but only drives breakfast - which was stunning - such a selection and all beautiful. Lovely little pool and fantastic pool area - like an oasis in middle of Ksamil. We never walked more than 20 minutes to get to see the highlights of Ksamil. A call out the Nela - the receptionist, bar tender, safe cracker, etc. a lovely lady and constantly working keeping the place immaculate. So why only 4 stars? Well at checkout there was an issue with our travel agents payment - the hotel kept us ‘hostage’ until it was sorted - meaning our taxi driver had to wait over 45 minutes. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but they might have spoken to the Albanian taxi driver to explain - just to the shine off what would have been 5+ stars.
