Sea View Resort Hotel & Apartments

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The property is a little dated, and some areas could benefit from refurbishment. However, the sea view was a nice bonus and added to the overall experience. The location is convenient, and the peaceful surroundings make it a good choice for travellers looking to unwind. While the hotel may show its age, the warm hospitality and comfortable accommodation made up for it.

Been staying at the hotel when visiting Kuala Belait. Only issued was the water heater. Although the water was fast running but it goes on turning on hot then cold then hot, a cycle of temperature changes.

Location is good and price is cheap on online booking. Wifi is poor/no connection and the items in the room are poor and old.

This is a very tired old hotel in poor state of repair. The location is fine with what should be a nice sea view but it is spoilt by neglected windows and garden, etc. The hotel needs a renovation.

Old hotel . Everything is old. Luckily is clean .great With supermarket next t door . And full day restaurant next building . Do help add point to the hotel .

This hotel requires extensive internal renovations. The first room we were given had mould in many places ( it is impossible to breathe!) and we had to request a change of room. The request was met without any confrontation as we guess, the receptionist knew the condition of the room. The second room (pictured) was only a little better. We love the easy access to the beautiful beach behind the hotel and the close proximity to the town.
