Everything was okay, but the service was very disappointing. The hotel was almost empty, yet the check-in process was extremely slow. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but by 3:30 PM there was still no update or information provided. It was also difficult to get in touch with the staff. The reason given was that the previous guests had checked out late. In my opinion, that is not the customer’s problem. Check-out time is clearly stated as 12:00 PM and check-in time as 3:00 PM, so the hotel should be able to manage this situation better.

Consider cheap but cannot expect too much. Self check in with the guesthouse is necessary, but the staff was not friendly and everytime end the call with rush. Toilet got bit smell but for luckily it is only one night stay.

Seriously the best! They have dedicated parking. The room was clean. Hot water worked perfectly...haha, because we went during rainy season, so hot showers were a must. The air-con was cold... truly fantastic, very satisfied.
