The hotel looked a bit creepy from the outside, but it was beautiful and clean on the inside 😊

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Excellent. Most importantly, it's close to TUDM Kuantan.

From the outside its look a bit scary. But on the inside this hotel was actually modern, clean with good basic amneties. Upon arrival the hotel card system has issues, and customers urgently want to check in- full pressure but the staff attending was very good, poise and polite eventhough full of urge surround her. Hotel located in center so its easy to drive anywhere u want to go.

The hotel is great, I got a corner room. The toilet is very spacious, being an end unit. The only downside is the room is a bit noisy because it's close to the main road, and the window seems a bit loose (even when closed), as I could hear cars passing by, especially motorbikes. There's a fridge, but no complimentary toiletries are provided by the hotel. The hotel's location is near ECM. However, at night, many foreigners hang out around the hotel. Parking is available, but if you arrive late, you might not find a spot. There's a bus station behind the hotel.

The room is near to the street and the room’s noise cancellation is so poor that you’re like sleeping beside the road..Vehicles passing by are loud to disturb your sleep.  No coffee or spoon available.

I book a business king room, but there is no table and chair for my working, I think hotel should improve it. Spacious room but you only can sleep after 11pm because roadside many traffic noise.

The location of the hotel was in the heart of kuantan city. The price was cheap. Cleanliness was fine. But there was nightmare at night.. The noises from the motorcycles, the siren from the motorcycles, and there are people on the street until 2 to 3am..i can hear them talk.. Imagine the noises level.. I could only fall to sleep after 4am

The hotel rooms are really spacious. It's great. However, there are many foreigners in that area, that's the only thing.

Easy to get to as it’s located near the terminal for public buses. It has a laundry station but the dryer is broken down so I could only use the washer; I strictly must only use coins (20 and 50 sen coins accepted) to pay for the 5 ringgit washing that lasts for 30 minutes, so expect to carry lots of coins if you want to use the washer there. Room given is adequate enough as I mostly only need a bed to sleep on, a space to store my bags and a space to hang my clothes at, but there seem to be permanent stains at certain parts of the room. I’m surprised that there’s been no housekeeping throughout my stay even when I didn’t put the ‘do not disturb’ sign outside.

Great value for money. All three rooms we booked were spotlessly clean. The water pressure in one of the shower rooms was a bit weak, but otherwise, we were highly satisfied.

So far so good, location in the centre of city, really best! Got people ask for cleaning, nice service. Suitable for trip in Kuantan!

2nd time here. Good location clean hotel and easy access in Kuantan.
