The service was great from the time we checked in until check out. The hotel is nearby many attractions such as cafes, Kuantan Tower, Sungai Kuantan, the night car boot sale, and Lorong attractions. You get what you pay for, and the best part I liked most was the view from our room window directly looking Sungai Kuantan. The only thing I didn’t like was their pillows, better not use them 😅 unless you want to wake up with neck pain.

My first room with River View. While when the aircond problem.. So I have been change to view less room.. Nextime hope tat I will get the town view if this type of things happen. Also water heater problem.

Arrived late and left early for one night only. Didn't really see around but looks like some shop and restaurants were opened.
The hotel is old style but renovated. Good looking and well decorated. The room is clean and nice. The wiew to the river is nice but I don't spend time to look at it. The bathroom is good and a ventilation windows is open to outside so can ear the outside and neighborhood from the bathroom.
Nothing really bad.
The air conditioner sometimes noisy from outside but kind of normal for this kind of hotel.
Overall good place.

Good: My room is reasonably clean. Well done to housekeeping team. TV channels are okay, all are viewable (other hotels are notoriously bad with room TV).
Not good: No hot water as the heater doesnt work. Im used to cold shower but other guests might complain.
