The location of Rocana Hotel is very convenient, especially for shopping and getting around the area. However, the hotel is quite old and the rooms could use some maintenance.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Good value for money and I would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good value for money. Walk in price $200+ but Trip price $100+. Room spacious. With 2 bed side cabinets plus a long desk, there's still plenty of space even though we used 2 trolley luggage. Only downside is our room next door with children playing, shouting, crying and we can hear it at night.....

Location . one of the best location in Kuantan city . Near to everywhere . Room is adequate and value for money . breakfast is decent . i think the best for tourist class in Kuantan

Overall okay. Big room & spacious.

The only thing need to improved is the power socket install to near with the table which unable to use when you want to charge your electronics item. It required to use extension cord, however the hotel do not provide such facilities.

Solo traveller. Had to stay for a night. Personally I feel the hotel is at the heart of the city. Having 3 malls at walking distance - Kuantan mall, Berjaya mall and EC mall. Easy food access. Big and spacious room.

On business trip. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. Call me to give better service. The room bed is comfortable and housekeeping did very well.

Very good location, walking distance to places I need to go to. Room is clean with comfortable bed though shower a bit slow and toilet seat mismatch. Breakfast is basic but sufficient

Location is good just opposite Kuantan City Mall and short working distance to East Coast Mall with lots of eateries around the Hotel location. The reception was quick in action and response to our needs. Overall, we enjoy our stay and hope the management would look into housekeeping. Basic room amenities are not provided which was stated on the website upon booking confirmation. We have to request for toothbrushes and paste, HANDSOAP, shower cap. The floor maps and hand towels were not clean. The kettle was out of order and the replacement unit come with rust inside the boiling plate. It would be good that there is a check list after cleaning up or hand over to the next customer.
