The room was exceptionally clean, and the pool being free with no extra charges made it excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an affordable stay near the Petronas Towers, complete with an infinity pool – a truly enjoyable trip. This place is a two-story loft with bathrooms on both levels, and a large fridge. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and around 30 minutes to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it very accessible.

Amenities: The cooking facilities are comprehensive, with a microwave and toaster in addition to the usual appliances, and a complete set of tableware, plus a washer-dryer.
Hygiene: Very poor. There were dust bunnies on the floor, and the towels were mismatched—one white, the other so old it had turned yellow. When I pulled back the sheets, I could see stubborn yellow stains and tiny hairs.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway station and train station right at the entrance. It's surrounded by high-end office buildings and shopping areas, with a skybridge directly connecting to shops. You can find places like Huayang and Haijiao Ren nearby for food. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy due to the railway downstairs, so light sleepers should be cautious.
Service: The front desk service was good. I didn't experience any other services; don't bother trying to contact them through Trip.com to change towels or rooms.

On our arrival, the room wasn't done with thorough housekeeping, a ball of hair flying when switched on the fan, bathroom floor and wall are really dirty. Fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, pots & some basic kitchen appliances were provided ( 👍🏻👍🏻) but the kettle was really dirty inside and the smell was awful. When raised this issue, we were given a brand new kettle replacement (🙏🏻🙏🏻).
Out of 4 nights stay, 3 days we have access card issue. Due to their fasting period, we can't get help ASAP when we need it. Couldn't access to the lift, out of the 6 lifts, we tried 2 or 3 lifts each time to be able to use the access card. Waiting for the lift can take a long time as the hotel has 41 floors and there were too many guests. There wasn't proper communication among the staff to help out with our access card issue. Expecting the guests to go to and fro, to solve the issue (total disaster). I am never going back to this Hotel and I totally won't recommend friends to stay here either.
They can do better in term of cleanliness but in term of service, quite superb & fast response. But in term of security guard, lots of restrictions such as you cannot do that, cannot do this.. quite annoying and really spoiled your mood for having vacation. Overall, okay experience as this is my 2nd time coming here. Seems I prefer the 1st type of room. Thanks anyway

The stunning view from the balcony is absolutely amazing, right onto the Twin Towers. The room consists of two parts: a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. It has everything you could need: bathrobes, dishes, a garment steamer, a hairdryer, and a large balcony. Everything is top-notch.
The café serves delicious ham and cheese croissants.
However!!! First, I booked this hotel specifically for the view and the rooftop pool. Nowhere on their websites did it state that the pool would be closed for maintenance during our stay. This is a big 'minus' for me. I believe this should be clearly communicated, as these are scheduled works.
Second, initially, we were given a room with a view away from the towers, and the room and hallway also had a terrible smell of tobacco, or something similar and very unpleasant. I went downstairs, mentioned it, and requested a room with a view of the towers. They changed it for us without any issues.
The staff are very friendly. They even lent us an adapter because our charger plugs didn't fit the outlets.
I really liked the hotel. It has a convenient location, and the sauna and gym are freely accessible without any extra charge. You can directly access the shopping mall from the hotel without even going outside, which has a food court, restaurants, and a grocery store. The room was clean and smelled nice.
I had a pleasant stay at Trion Kuala Lumpur by Five Senses. The location is convenient, situated close to the Trion area with several drink shops nearby — including Mixue and Zus Coffee — perfect for a quick refreshment.
While the surrounding area doesn’t offer much entertainment within walking distance, getting to TRX or nearby shopping centers is easy with a quick Grab ride.
Facilities met my expectations, and overall, the property offers a nice cost-performance (CP) ratio. A comfortable stay that’s worth considering for those looking for convenience and good value near central Kuala Lumpur.
This hotel is really great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur! I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel is clean and the transportation is convenient. There are also places to eat nearby. It's truly an excellent hotel!
PLUSY:
- przestronny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchni (talerze, sztućce, mikrofala, garnki). super parapet wewnętrzny, na którym można leżeć. duże i wygodne łóżko.
- pralko-suszarka z detergentami

MINUSY:
- znaleźliśmy majtki w pralce po poprzednim lokatorze
