This is genuinely a five-star property. I stay in this hotel or the Face Siuites hotel every time I visit KL. I can't find any flaws in both hotels. The city view is exceptional.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was super comfy and the design was lovely - I’ll stay at the same place again if I return to Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is right next to a metro station and the Petronas towers are just 15 min of walking away.
The only complaint I would have is about the pool. Although the view and the size of the pool is perfect, I found the pool water to be quite unclean.

Stayed at the face for 3 nights in KL. The hotel s location is very good. Beautiful pool with amazing views which was the highlight of our stay. . Breakfast is average. Disappointed with the service, the staff was not friendly at all, neither helpful. No hot water in the bathtub in the room.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!
