We had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and we truly appreciated the beautiful view from our room. Thank you for accommodating our request to have a room that was closer to our preferences—it made a big difference in our experience.
One area for improvement would be the facility usage hours, particularly for the Infinity Pool. Extending the pool hours to 10:00 PM (2200hrs) would be a great enhancement for guests who enjoy a relaxing evening swim.
Other than that, everything was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Super view at level 37. Come with the pool, near the pavilion shopping, Trx especially. Nice staff and good aircon looby. This is my second time but still comfortable with it . Happy stay with my family

Stayed here many times and always happy with the experience. The hotel consistently delivers excellent service, with a convenient location, spotless rooms, and courteous staff. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention for their attentiveness. I particularly enjoyed the stunning night view of Pavilion and KLCC from my room. However, the lift service could be improved, as waiting times can be long due to some lifts being out of service. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for anyone visiting KL.

Excellent location except for the traffic congestion due to road works along the road facing the hotel l.
From the room that was assigned to, I am able to see Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and Merdeka 118. 😍😍😍

It’s nice especially the location but the service for the elevator it’s need improvement always long queue and it’s hot inside the elevator.The room is nice too but need a little bit more light. Bathroom need more things to hang on lastly the hallway is always a little bit hot. But overall it’s actually nice and comfortable
