Their service is the best.. been staying here every time we are in KL … our car were unable to go up to their parking lot and they help us by allowing us to park our car outside their lobby which is not a parking lot. Please bear in mind, that is not a parking lot ! They do it for us out of gesture. Manager, staff and security service are superb.

Great location. Had to do laundry outside 2 blocks away. Traffic is crazy and there's no pedestrian right of way...one could be standing at the crosswalk all day with no drivers showing any courtesy. Great views from 33rd floor

I was given room at 35th floor and the view is great 👍 The room was clean enough and the location is very good which walking distance to Pavillion, Lot10, Berjaya Times Square. However, this place may not suitable for light sleepers as the wall inside the room seems very thin, you can hear sound from next door and even from the corridor. Other than that, still acceptable for this price range.

I stay at this hotel whenever I visit Kuala Lumpur. The location is very convenient, with easy access to both the Bukit Bintang area and TRX. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, although the lighting could be brighter. Check-in and check-out are always quick and hassle-free. Overall, this remains my favorite hotel in the Bukit Bintang area, and I would happily stay here again.

Can see the Hotel staff is Polite to everyone.❤️ Hotel location is right in the middle of KL Bukit Bintang area, easy for Shopping & look for Nice food to eat.

The traffic light near towards trx was spoiled so it was hard navigating back to the hotel on foot. It was nearish to pavilion but u have to jaywalk. The lift was always crowded except on one occasion. It was really difficult to head down for checkout, we had to travel upwards first😓

The room was advertised as 31m², but it felt significantly smaller in reality. The lobby was incredibly noisy, like a bustling marketplace, and had a noticeable odor of stale feet. After checking into the hotel, I developed large, connected patches of red, swollen skin on my arm. A pharmacist I consulted suspected bed bug or flea bites. I couldn't sleep a wink all night because of the intense itching. I reported this to Trip.com, but their customer service told me the hotel was slow to respond to emails, and nothing was resolved after a three-day delay. Exercise caution when booking this hotel.

The location is just less than 5mins walk from pavillion, its right behind fahrenheit. Very convenient i walk to damascus everyday :) 🚗carpark is rm10 per entry / perday , cut off time 3pm, vadlidate at the hotel lobby before exit your car. 🌇My room has excellent view, im happy to stay here throughout the experience was great will definitely come again 🏊 swimming pool can go in the morning not much people but a lot of people in the evening time.
