Sleeping Lion Suites

I booked a 31 sqm room, but it felt really small when I got in. The air conditioning wasn't effective; even at 16 degrees Celsius, it felt more like 24 or 25 degrees, not particularly cool. The soundproofing was incredibly, extremely poor. I could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and other rooms, like people talking and even plugging in chargers. A child in the next room cried persistently early in the morning. It's just an ordinary hotel, similar to a Home Inn back in China. The elevators were slow, sometimes requiring a queue. The bed was also tiny; the single bed was only 0.9 meters wide, making me worry about falling off at night. My feet even extended beyond the bed when I lay down. If it were around 300 [currency unit], I might consider staying, but anything over 400 is not worth it. The rooftop pool was quite nice, though you couldn't see the Petronas Twin Towers from there. The location is also good, within walking distance to nearby malls and night markets. However, if location is your main priority, you might want to check out other hotels.

This hotel is super close to Pavilion Mall, so every time I finish shopping, I don't have to carry my bags around all day. I can just drop them off at the hotel. There are also a lot of food options nearby, basically everything you need for eating, shopping, and drinking is within walking distance!

Extremely satisfied with my stay, it exceeded my expectations! I arrived at the hotel around noon with my luggage and just asked if an early check-in was possible. To my surprise, the Indian lady at the front desk processed it for me! I was genuinely touched by this, as I've had so many experiences in Kuala Lumpur where hotels only allow check-ins after 3 PM! The room wasn't large, but it was very clean and tidy – really comfortable! Although the city view wasn't extensive, I could surprisingly still catch a glimpse of the Petronas Towers! I rarely leave such a detailed review, but for this price, it's truly excellent!
