Good apartments. Excellent view of the park and the city lights at night. Two air conditioners. All issues are resolved quickly. Quiet neighborhood.

Good view from the room. We could keep the AC on all the time which is convenient as it is a hot summer. The atmosphere is modern and good service from friendly staff members.

Suites KL. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and all the facilities were in good condition. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions in Kuala Lumpur. The swimming pool and rooftop views were excellent, especially during the evening. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, and business travelers looking for a comfortable stay in KL.

The space was very large and clean, and the facilities were incredibly well-equipped, including a washing machine with detergent, a fridge, a microwave, and even dishes, cutlery, and glasses. Unexpectedly, they also provided two universal power adapters. If you need room cleaning or want more water/toiletries, you can just message Manager Chen on WeChat. The only downsides were that the bathroom had poor ventilation, leading to an odor, and the shower wasn't fully enclosed, so water splashed out. However, the infinity pool on the rooftop of Tower A offered stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers at different times of the day.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the skyline, which was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The building also has two great pools. There is a free pool on the 8th floor with a café right next to it if you want to grab something to eat or drink. There is also an infinity pool on the 48th floor that requires an extra fee, but the views are absolutely amazing and totally worth it. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Chen Lixin, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about, making sure we had the best experience possible. Her kindness and hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The infinity pool was the most pleasant surprise! The view was completely unobstructed, offering panoramic cityscapes. As a Chinese traveler, I have to give this hotel a perfect score. They allowed us to check in early at 10 AM, and the hotel environment is excellent. Security is very strict, with elevator access requiring a key card. There's also a pool on the rooftop, but it costs 25 MYR. The rooftop pool was practically empty, making it great for photoshoots. The only downside is that it's a bit far from KLCC downtown, but a taxi ride to KLCC is only around 12 MYR, and there's also a subway station nearby. It's truly super convenient, and checking in was a breeze – we were done in less than a minute. All in all, I highly recommend it!

In conclusion, it's really good. Taxis from downtown Kuala Lumpur are cheap and convenient. The pool is absolutely amazing; it's clean and the views are spectacular. The night view from the room is also fantastic! Having Grab installed makes things easy. There weren't many restaurants nearby, but there's a cafe in the same building where you can work and grab a bite. However, the cheese bagel wasn't that tasty. There's a convenience store in the Grand building, which is handy if you need anything. The in-unit washer and dryer are a huge plus. My only minor wish would have been for a balcony.

Anything we needed, we just messaged our concierge, and it was delivered quickly. Taxis were super convenient; it took about 10-15 minutes to get to the Petronas Twin Towers. If you're using ride-hailing services, then proximity to the city center isn't really an issue. There's a convenience store in the hotel lobby where you can grab breakfast and essentials. While we could hear motorbikes from the street at night, it didn't really bother us (we're deep sleepers). Also, we arrived before 3 PM without pre-arranging early check-in, but after adding our concierge on WeChat at the front desk, she quickly approved our early check-in! This saved us money on luggage storage and allowed us to rest early before our flight – truly grateful for that! Overall, our stay was fantastic. Our concierge and some of the front desk staff could speak a little Chinese, so communication was generally seamless. Highly recommended!
