The room facilities were complete, and the hot water pressure in the shower was excellent and very comfortable. The location was superb, with great amenities nearby, and it was only an 800-meter walk to the Petronas Towers. There was a Middle Eastern/Arabic restaurant downstairs where I saw a big screen showing a football match one evening. I ordered a drink and watched the game, which was a pleasant surprise. Now for the downsides: a deposit was required upon check-in, and 664 RMB (for two rooms) was deducted via Alipay. The deposit refund process was very slow. I had to proactively contact the hotel's customer service via WeChat, provide my correct personal information, and wait. After 7 days, only 631 RMB was refunded. I was just relieved to get any of it back, but it was a very anxious period.

It's really good and close to Orchid restaurant, which is a good restaurant. It's also close to the institute, which is good for those attending an institute.

Everything was great. This isn't our first time staying here. We choose these apartments specifically because the price and quality are excellent. The location is convenient – right in the city center, just 5 minutes to the towers. There's a beautiful city view from the panoramic windows. Disposable slippers and toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, soap) are provided. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, if necessary, plus dishes and cutlery. It's very convenient to have a washing machine with detergent and a clothes dryer (this might not be in all apartments, but it's definitely in the Premier ones). There's a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views, but the water is cold. On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a convenience store.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Check-in was smooth, and the location is convenient, perfect for independent travelers. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and good value for money. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel has a good location right in the heart of KLCC. It's a tall building, 48 floors high, but the lobby and front desk are a bit small. The room is also slightly small, but there's a bathtub on the balcony with a pleasant view. It's a hotel with good value for money.
