Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre

The hotel's location is pretty good, just a 10-15 minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. The kids absolutely loved the pool and played there for a long time. The soundproofing, however, was a bit lacking; we could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, and even the sounds of sports cars revving on the street at night.

The location is fantastic, only about a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers KLCC. The hotel facilities are excellent, and it's very clean. The staff are all very polite. I have to praise the hotel's recreational facilities and the outdoor pool playground – with kids, I no longer have to worry about them having nowhere to play. This pool is more than enough; they could spend all day there! 😁

The room size is quite generous, so you won't feel cramped. However, the facilities are a bit dated; for instance, the toilet isn't a smart one, which detracts slightly from the overall experience in terms of modern comforts. Soundproofing is mediocre, and you can hear outside noise at night, which might bother light sleepers. Overall, it's a decent business hotel. If location and a spacious room are your priorities, it's a good choice. But if you're looking for brand new facilities and a quiet night's sleep, you might want to consider other options.

This is definitely the top choice for a family-friendly hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. The lovely lady at the front desk even upgraded us to a Twin Towers view room! The kids absolutely loved the family water park and the huge swimming pool on the fourth floor.

Not friendly towards Chinese guests. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator multiple times, and even asked Trip.com to call the hotel in advance to convey this. Yet, the Chinese female front desk staff still assigned me the first room right next to the elevator... It's hard not to think it was intentional. I had to go find the lobby manager myself, and the room was swapped in seconds, as if they knew exactly what I was talking about. The biggest positives: good location, and the pool is great; kids could spend all day there.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The gym was also super large and well-equipped. 👍 The sauna room was very relaxing too. Overall, I really liked everything! 🥰 The entertainment facilities downstairs were also great. I'll definitely bring my daughter next time!

We chose this hotel for a family stay, mainly for the small pool, which was a great new experience. It was perfect for a one-night layover. Communication in Chinese was a breeze, and the bedside outlets didn't require an adapter, making it feel very suitable for Chinese guests! There are two Sheratons near the Twin Towers, so be sure to use the full name to avoid going to the wrong one!!!

The hotel service was excellent; they upgraded us to a Twin Towers view room, which was very close to the Petronas Towers. The breakfast selection was decent, offering both Western and Chinese options. Some staff members could speak Chinese, which was very convenient.
