Nice rooftop pool with full panaramic view of KL. Good facilities but room does not have toothbrush and extra towels are chargeable at a fee. Key collection is at B1 not level 1 main lobby it seems like a different management which is slightly inconvenient + they only give one key. Please change this to two keys for 2 occupants. Location it is near Alor night market and marts but to Pavilion it is still about 15-20min walk

Bad host management. While we staying in the room. The staff didn’t ring the doorbell or knock the door. He directly open the door using extra key. Afterwards, we ask why he open. He say mistakenly open the wrong unit. ????! We customer still in the room and we are paying for our security and peaceful of staying in the room. Then out of sudden the staff open the door without ringing the doorbell or knock the door?? And the doorbell is functioning too! This is truly unacceptable. Besides that, the bed and towel provided is so dirty. The management didn’t clean the bedsheet , pillow and towel provided. Toilet also not clean. Even though the location is good. But due to such issues , is was not recommended to stay in the place.

Its a huge two room hotel like an apartment. With a nice view and all the modern amenities. The odd thing about this hotel is the check in counter and the guy sitting at the counter from evening to night. But thats about it. Nice hotel to stay because everything is nearby .

The place is clean and well maintained. The rate is affordable too. Easy access to go to Bukit Bintang area where all the entertainment hubs are, easy to get food too.

Great location and very close to the main tourist areas, which made it easy to get around. However, it seems like the cleaners don’t change the bedsheets or clean the room properly after someone has used it. When I arrived, the bed sheets and pillowcases had stains and even hair from the previous guest. I was disgusted. My mate, who also booked a room, had the same experience. The good thing is that reception took the matter seriously and arranged for the cleaner to come and change the bedsheets and pillowcases straight away, but the cleaning standards really need improvement.
