The location is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and the infinity pool on the 51st floor offers great views of the towers.

I was really satisfied with this room, it's the best one I've booked in Kuala Lumpur. It's on the 51st floor with a city view, a gym, and a pool where you can see the Petronas Towers. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and do laundry.

The hotel views were amazing and the facilities were very new, offering great value for money. However, the front desk staff had a terrible attitude during check-out, leaving us with a very poor impression. We hope this can be improved in the future.

The complex was incredibly central, not far from the Petronas Towers. We had a room on the 50th floor, and on the 51st floor was the infinity pool where we had a fantastic view of the Petronas Towers.

Absolutely terrible trip! To my fellow Chinese travelers, do NOT book this place! My family member got injured in the hotel pool, and the hotel immediately pulled out a disclaimer that said 'swim at your own risk.' After the incident, they couldn't even provide immediate first aid to stop the bleeding. They refused to apologize, claiming there was nothing wrong with their facilities and they didn't know why my hand was cut. All they said was, 'We hope you recover soon,' which was completely absurd. We booked this hotel specifically for their infinity pool, which is their main selling point, but when something went wrong, they took absolutely no responsibility. In fact, this isn't even a hotel; it's a guesthouse converted from an apartment, with no customer service whatsoever. They even have a ridiculous deposit deduction policy that wasn't mentioned on the platform: RM200 for a lost access card, RM50-100 for stained mattresses/linens, and RM300 for stained sofas. Room cleaning is only provided for stays of two nights or more. Even if nothing had gone wrong, I would strongly advise against booking this place; you'll be on edge the entire time. I've already requested that Trip.com remove this property, as they clearly disregard human safety. I also suspect that there are Chinese and Indian individuals behind the scenes providing advice, one skilled in legal loopholes and disclaimers, and the other catering to compatriots with Chinese restaurants, supermarkets, and even durian stalls nearby – it feels like a setup. This was the cheapest place I booked in three cities in Malaysia, and I regret it immensely. When traveling, safety and comfort should always come first. Please be extremely careful of such unethical businesses when traveling abroad.
