Just that no cleaning on my room on the second day. need to ask for mineral waters from the receptionist.

Dirty and not clean! Housekeeper is not professional when come to cleaning! This is not acceptable! This is my first and last time to stay!

Dirty ! Many hair on the bed sheet and on the floor. Seem like the housekeeper never change the bed sheet at all and never clean the floor ! The housekeeper don’t even clean the drawer with all the dust . So many trash and used plastics bag left by the previous guest. Will not come back again!

A basic small room, no boutique feel. The location is in a small alley but quite central within Bukit Bintang. A small bar across the hotel can be noisy till late. Cleanliness is just about average. There are many better alternatives to choose from around the area though.

Booked a double bed room. The room was quite spacious and there was a 2 seater sofa too. Toiletries are limited to a travel sized shower gel & conditioning shampoo. You will need to bring other toiletries or request from the front desk. The best time about this hotel is the location.

It located at Jalan Alor which is also near Pavilion shopping mall. Facilities nothing much to expect.

Perfect location and friendly staff. For the price that I paid, I shouldn't complain at all. Will definitely stay here again if I need a short trip in KL.
