Kingston Hotel 8 @ Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang

We had horrible experience in this hotel. It needs total renovation. We slept like on the street. Window doesn’t close well and there is no sound proofing at all either rooms or outside bikes noise never ends even at midnight. There is huge construction going on behind the building. I booked with the breakfast and we never ate breakfast because of the cleanliness and not much options. There was water leakage in the washroom and they moved us to a different room though. Owner has to renovate it ASAP. Don’t book this hotel if you are coming with your family. Disappointed.

Room big but AC not cold , no drinking bottles water as show on trip, will not back any more haha

Had a pleasant and comfy stay for a night here. Just suggesting the hotel to add iron in public space so we can go iron there without waiting for long time. The rest about the stay is fine.

For the price I paid, I really cannot complain. Good location, quite nice room, okay amenities and good front desk service. A short walk from Bukit Bintang station and GMBB, and Jalan Alor Night Market right by the doorstep.  What I WILL complain about however is the bugs. I stayed here for three nights and on night one alone I spotted at least three of these things. I don’t know if they were brought about by the construction in the hotel at the time, but I think this needs to be checked.

There us just one big towel for body and for feet. Not small for face and hand. No kettler in the room, just water dispenser on a floor. Very loudly because of nearby street and indian neighbours. The clearness is very poor, dust is everythere

Everything is great.. so far not so much bad thing to say... and receptionist is vey kind

Overall is good, cheap and location is strategic as well, recommend

Location is great and very easy to go in all KL area. The sound proof of the room is not good.
