Good location and great choice to stay cation with families. Walking distance to KLCC and pavilion and surrounding by restaurants. Suit for someone who looking for high quality stay.

My stay at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The design of the hotel is modern and stylish, but still very comfortable — the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed after a long day in the city. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, very clean, and had amazing views of Kuala Lumpur. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel luxurious without being over the top. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. The location is also fantastic — perfect for exploring the city, with many great restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would happily return. Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur really knows how to combine style, comfort, and great hospitality.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is great. The rooms are spacious, clean, well designed and with all amenities. On the rooftop they have an infinity pool and a nice bar where you can have drinks with a view.

The stay was for a birthday celebration, and we truly appreciate the hotel for upgrading our room to a Studio King. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with a bathtub offering a lovely KLCC view. Breakfast offered a great variety, and we really enjoyed the food at IL Forno. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was the soundproofing, as we could still hear some street noise despite being on the 16th floor.

Loved everything about our stay here! The location is central, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and having a view of KLCC from the side was a great bonus. All the facilities felt fresh and new, and the staff were incredibly helpful. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

Had my birthday staycation weekend here. Room wasn’t ready by check in time but the reception kind enough to offer us complimentary drinks while waiting. Highly recommend their Italian restaurant.
