Always i find hotel by trip.com this hotel also i find by app but after i reached there is no have privet bathroom and common washroom have and i saud i can checkout by 1 pm so she said no before 12 pm if after 12 you must need to pay RM 50and there have cockroj also

So, my stay at the S S Grey Hotel was… okay. Nothing fancy, but not bad either. The hotel is kind of hidden away behind all the busy restaurants in Kuala Lumpur’s main nightlife area. That sounds chaotic, but once you’re inside, it’s actually super quiet and feels safe. So you get the best of both worlds—close to the action, but still able to sleep without noise. Location-wise, it’s really convenient. You’re near all the amenities, plus the monorail station (Bukit Bintang station). Easy to get around. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Now, the room… yeah, it’s small. Like, really small. Not much in there. Some rooms have a TV, but most just come with AC, a fridge, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Basic stuff. Biggest catch: the bathrooms and toilets are shared. So you lose a bit of privacy, and it can be a little inconvenient at times. All that said, I think this place is perfect if you’re traveling solo or on a tight budget and want to be close to the nightlife and attractions. It’s a good spot to crash, sleep quietly, and feel safe—just don’t expect luxury or your own bathroom.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay! Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. A truly luxurious experience from start to finish—felt like a home away from home. Perfect location within walking distance to main attractions. Private rooms and share bathrooms were spotless and very comfortable. Safe for any type of traveler, easy to meet new people, and great value for money

The room is okay—it’s quite small, but our luggage just managed to fit. However, the place was really hard to find. It’s tucked away in the middle of Bukit Bintang with no signage, so we kept going back and forth trying to locate it. One downside is that the comfort room is separate from the bedroom, and this wasn’t mentioned on the booking page. On the positive side, it’s very affordable, so you get what you pay for. It’s suitable for backpackers who just need a place to stay in Bukit Bintang. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have large or multiple pieces of luggage, especially since there’s no elevator. That said, I’d like to commend the staff at the front desk—they were very helpful and assisted us with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service over the phone was quite disappointing.

The place is situated on Food Street (Jalan Alor). So no worries about food & karaoke until 4/5am. You can't hear a whisper from outside, which is great for sleep. The staff guy Mahdi Hassan was absolutely marvellous and really made our stay feel like a 5 star hotel. He was polite, accommodating and cleans throughout the day. Hes great with knowledge and to be honest I'd say he was the highlight of the hotel itself. Room, just enough space to open your door & walk straight onto the bed, mattress was expensive and great, ample space to hang clothes, beautifully decorated, towels, clean sheets, shower & shampoo gels. Shared clean bathroom, toilet & bathroom in same unit, clean hand wash. Slim hallway toove through, no public spaces. Shared clean kitchen, microwave, hot & cold drinkable water dispenser, kettle & ironing board. Just fix the loose toilet seat please, it's just a little screw and kindly refill the room air freshener. You can walk to Times Square (Piccadilly Circus of London) 10-15mins Jamek Masjid, a variety of budget to expensive shopping centres, tourist shops and central public transport, also times square is well served by restaurants catering to every pallette worldwide Just Mehdi Hassan look after you, rest will be a pleasure.
