I extended my stay from 2 nights to 4 nights in the same room so i just sent a message to cobnb customer service to inform them. I have no doubt in choosing Cobnb because they are very easy to deal with. Although the room is small, it is equipped with a microwave, plates, cups, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron.

1. ELEVATOR — Expect the worst. Even if it's not rush hour, the minimum waiting time is 15 minutes. It's always busy. 2. Their air conditioning wasn't working properly, so they had to send someone to fix it while we were already staying there. 3. Their refrigerator was broken – water was leaking out.

The check in was kinda terrible ,  I arrived there The receptionists looked like they dont know whats going on, they didnt have good communication with the owner  that was responsible that left me standing for almost an hour, but after check in everything was perfect , the view , cleanness , chefs kiss

Extremely rude staff, complicated system. They demanded a security deposit, which they then deducted from, even though security deposits are usually only required by 5-star hotels. It was incredibly annoying.
