Highly recommended!!! Best suited for honeymoons or families, even solo travelers would enjoy it. It's peaceful, has all the amenities, and is conveniently located. I'll definitely book here again when I return. The price is well worth the ambiance. You get a beautiful view of the entire Kuala Lumpur!!! Thank you again.

The check-in process was far too complicated, with too much paperwork and no direct contact with the host. The apartment itself is decent, a suitable studio, but the method for gaining access and the online deposit (which I hope to get back) feel like ways for the agency to save money at the expense of discouraging guests. The amenities like the pool and gym are welcome bonuses. The location in the Indian quarter, just a stone's throw from Sentral, is excellent. The price is fair for what's offered. Overall, I'd give it a 6-7 out of 10. I'd suggest the agency respond to messages sent to the two phone numbers listed on Trip.com in the two days prior to arrival to clarify access procedures, deposit payment methods, and then send the access details by 3 PM.

I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, and here's why: First, there were no hangers in the room. After swimming, I couldn't hang up my swimsuit or towel to dry; I had to leave them crumpled in a bag. Second, out of the four power outlets in the room, only one worked, and it was inconveniently located under the counter. Third, the Wi-Fi was unusable. I contacted the host multiple times, but they never addressed the issue, so we had to buy extra data cards. Fourth, and this is the most infuriating point: on the day of check-in, they requested a ¥350 deposit. When checking in, they handed me the room keys but wouldn't accept cash for the deposit. I paid via Alipay, and the owner immediately accepted it. Half a month after we checked out on January 22nd, the deposit still hadn't been returned. I tried contacting the owner via WeChat in both Chinese and English for two days, but received no reply. I also sent messages through the platform in both Chinese and English about the deposit, again with no response. Eventually, the platform had to intervene and contact the owner multiple times over several days before the deposit was finally returned before the Chinese New Year. This kind of disappearing act is truly annoying. To be fair, the location is good, making it convenient for getting around. Waiting for the elevator didn't take much time, and it was quiet. You could even see landmark buildings from the window. However, the bathroom was quite small, making the toilet extremely inconvenient to use. The shower stall had black mold and the glass was dirty with stains, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
