First of all, I was impressed by the wonderful room and the KLCC view.
Also, the room is clean and excellent.
Thank you very much.
I would like to mention four concerns below:
1. The check-in time is far too late compared to regular hotels.
2. The prices of drinks and other items at the mart are unusually high.
3. It is confusing to use the elevator and enter the room — other guests seem to have the same difficulty.
4. Some of the staff’s behavior was occasionally rude. I felt that they were laughing at me for some reason (the language was Malay).

這個酒店看雙子塔和另外兩個塔都看得到，但是國慶節看煙花不建議，因為這是煙花的反面，看到的全是煙！什麼都看不到，還有煙飄進來，煙濃的塔都看不到了。
除此之外還不錯，就是前台太慢了，工作人員不是在前台呆著可以隨時check in的，而是要等打電話通知過來才行，等的有點累。

這個酒店房間設施很好也很乾凈，風景和無邊泳池是超級的棒。唯獨缺陷的是服務跟不上，我住了兩個晚上還有兩個晚上我們零時改變計劃要退，店家一直拒絕。所以希望服務要跟上
