The location is close to interesting places, the rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable. What I praise the most is the person who welcomed us as a family, very friendly and very helpful. Tq so much Rahman

Stayed three nights here with my family and it was a great experience all round. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, no fuss at all. The unit was a spacious 2-bedroom, but it effectively sleeps like a 3-bedroom because there's a king-sized bed in the living area too. My kids loved that one, you can fall asleep watching TV. Nice view over Bukit Bintang as well, though it was a bit hazy during our stay. Location is hard to beat. Easy access to the main road and just a short walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. The pool is big and there are other facilities to use if you're staying in for the day. Everyone in the family enjoyed it, and I'd definitely choose this place again whenever we're back in KL.

the room was clean and very good. no bad smell at all. the location for this place also near to MRT and TRX. the customer service also very good. check in and check out all smooth.

The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in, but we didn’t make a big issue out of it. Unfortunately, the situation became uncomfortable when the staff later accused us of dirtying the bed, which felt unfair and unprofessional. There was even an argument among the staff over something as small as a mop. I even paid the penalty fee, and I will be more careful next time. Overall, the staff professionalism and service quality really need improvement.

The apartment is close to the MRT station. 5 min walking distance to TRX shopping Mall. 10 min walking distance to Pavilion Bukit bintang mall. The apartment is clean and spacious. A great swimming pool and Gym. level 60 has a sky view terrace. Host is very friendly .
