The soundproofing is really, really bad. You can hear noise from the road and the corridor. Many facilities in the room are broken, and it's dirty with cigarette butts. The only good thing is that it's close to the LRT. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at Kingston Hotel 11. 👍 The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean – truly suitable for families or groups. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room to move around easily. The location is also strategic and convenient for getting to the PWTC area. For the price offered, we feel it's definitely worth it and recommended. 😊

The hotel was very reasonably priced for a triple bedroom. The room itself was spacious and equipped with all the basic amenities, including towels, drinking glasses, an electric kettle, an iron with an ironing board, and all-purpose body wash/shampoo. Lift service was quick, and free parking was available at the Dynasty Hotel parking area. The location is decent. However, check-in could be improved: even though the queue wasn't long, only one staff member was actively checking guests in while others were just assisting, making our turn take nearly 30 minutes.

This is by far the worst, dirtiest, most unpleasant, most unbearable, most disgusting, most un-sleepable, and most nonsensical hotel I have ever stayed in my life. What a nightmare! No service, no hygiene, no quality, it's beyond saving!

Very polite staff and friendly. Allow us to change room because of the air-conditioning issue. Lobby also got vending machine that sells essential needs and free refills of water. But parking space is limited. Overall very good.

An excellent stay at Kingston Hotel 11@ PWTC. Its truly prime location next to LRT and exhibition hall is ideal. Rooms are spotless, cozy, with fast WiFi and strong AC. Staff are welcoming and efficient. Breakfast offers tasty local and western dishes. Although the road can be noisy, the soundproof windows keep it quiet. For the price, this hotel is a great bargain. Perfect for business trips or event visits.
