Firstly I wanna thank the front desk for doing an excellent job and treat me well during my stay (i forget his name). Secondly, WHY THE RATING IS LOW 😭😭 i almost dont want to stay here and im glad i stay here! i don't really have much to complain BUT the room kinda smell ciggarate and there's water leaking a little on the toilet and window area but dont really affect my stay. Have iron board, hair dryer, soap/shampoo, clean towels and all. I have great view and can see the train but I still can peacefully, OH and the room is SUPER BIG TOO. I think that's all cause there's nothing to complain tbh 😅

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, and the hotel environment was abysmal. There was loud noise all night, the bedsheets were filthy, and the bathroom was moldy. The most disgusting part was the showerhead, which was yellow and black. All the bath towels and pillowcases were yellow. They didn't even provide a toothbrush or comb – it was truly as bad as it gets. The doors and air conditioning were rusty, and I'm not exaggerating.
