Location as a tourist nothing can be better. Clean place securely since need acess card to enter in property. Room conditions and size also good. Private bathroom staff also friendly. Most of the viral place just nearby. Very lively place. Impressive exclusive attitude of staff...

Very humble stay to be honest we did not expact So much becuse beside hotel we stay we suffer. Somehow this hotel like very good. Peace And friendly. Just about to extend But no more room. If Come to bukit bintang i will choose this hotel over other expensive hotel…

the place very nice spot to walk at night specially at bukit bintang and its very easy to access all the mrt/monorail but the room a bit small and you need to walk upstairs from the entrance overall nice spot to stay at kl.

Not to be confused with SS Grey Hotel which is also along the same street, it looks pretty new. Obviously with the price, it doesn't come with enough sound proofing for the noisy street performance of Bukit Bintang road, and you could even hear people in the hallways, but otherwise, the place was really neat and comfortable. There's a deposit of RM50 in cash btw, just keep that in mind. Picture below shows where it's actually located at, it's above a pharmacy shop.

The location was very convenient—just a short walk to Lot 10 and with a supermarket nearby. Since I had a large suitcase, going up the stairs at first was a bit challenging, but during check-out the staff kindly helped me carry it down, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and I’d be happy to stay here again.
