Kingston Hotel 10 - Bukit Jalil

Facilities: The water heater in the first room I checked into was broken. In the second room, the water wasn't hot. Cleanliness: This is commendable; for the price point, the cleanliness was very good. Environment: I think the environment is excellent for this price! It meets a three-star standard. Service: The hotel must be newly opened, as the staff isn't very proficient. Due to non-subjective personal factors, I had to change rooms three times. The first time, I booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a twin room. The second time, I tried to shower at 1:30 AM, and the water heater was broken, so I had to move to another room. During the second room change, I left my clothes in the bathroom. The next day, at check-out, the front desk said they had to wait for housekeeping to start their shift. I was already on my way back home, which was very frustrating. After returning home, they still said they couldn't find them—a whole outfit just vanished.

I lost something and was quite worried, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and meticulous in helping me, for which I'm very grateful. The location might have been due to ongoing construction in the area, but there was nowhere to go, so dinner ended up being at a convenience store. I wouldn't recommend it for vacationers.
