At first, we thought the unit was perfect, but then we started having issues with the power supply. When we tried to use the washing machine, the switch in the switch box kept tripping, so we had to turn it back on ourselves. The next morning, the whole unit had a blackout, but we managed to switch it back on again. We contacted the person in charge (PIC), but they took some time to respond. When they finally replied, they just asked us to check the switch box. Since we weren’t at the unit at that time, they didn’t take the initiative to go and inspect it themselves. On the third day, the power issue got worse and caused us to be late for our meeting as there was no electricity at all. I also asked the PIC to provide us with an alternative so we could iron our clothes and get ready for the meeting. The maintenance team came to check afterward, but unfortunately, we weren’t at the unit at that time. After that, everything was fine. Also the reception didn’t explain properly on the parking part. We need to park at level 4. Instead of level 3a, 3b. Just sharing experience here. Will try to stay here again next time.
