Great location, right by the subway. The room was clean and spacious. Our housekeeper was Chinese, so communication was super easy. The room had all the amenities, including a washing machine and a fully-equipped kitchen. The night view from the window was also beautiful.

Everything was well managed , I don’t have any negative point to share but I think the room u book owner per owner is different however based on my experience totally was convenient meanwhile it is easily accessible to mrt just 3 station far from pavilion which is tourist spots , so overall everything was good

An absolutely fantastic stay! The price was reasonable, and the location was super convenient, close to the Petronas Twin Towers, University of Malaya, and Bukit Bintang. The main highlight was the wonderful environment and the incredibly spacious room. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeper was also incredibly attentive. Definitely a well-deserved praise!

Pros: Convenient location, right next to AEON Mall and the LRT station. The apartment building has security, so safety is guaranteed. Cons: The electric blinds were broken and couldn't be closed, which affected my sleep. Customer service isn't 24/7, so issues couldn't be resolved promptly, and responses were slow. Overall, it was an average experience.

A very comfortable stay! Didn't manage to take photos of the room but most of the needed stuff are provided, apart from foot drying mat. Convenient place where the Quill Mall just beside it and there is a monorail via Level 2.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was also good. I originally booked for one night, thinking I'd switch hotels if it wasn't good. But it turned out great, so I extended for another night. My friend also praised my choice.

We are a family of three, traveling from Singapore after a 2-day trip to Kuala Lumpur. Before checking in, I was a little apprehensive because there weren't many reviews, and after all, a hotel is like a home when you're traveling, it needs to be comfortable and convenient. We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The room matched the pictures. I'm quite a germaphobe and have high standards for cleanliness, plus I'm afraid of bugs – this place was very clean, no strange smells, no bugs. The washing machine was very convenient. There were kitchen utensils for cooking, but we preferred to go out and try all sorts of delicious food, so we didn't use them. The hotel is located in an apartment building, so safety isn't a concern; there's a front desk and security. You can access the adjacent mall freely from the 2nd floor by swiping your room card. The 6th floor has a gym and a pool, which is very convenient. Before checking in, please add the manager's WeChat for communication – the manager is incredibly kind and helpful, arranging everything for you. Many thanks! We had a wonderful trip 🤗

This guesthouse was great! The host is a Chinese-speaking华人 (Chinese expat/descendant), who messaged us on WeChat after we landed and waited for us in the lobby. She quickly went over the house rules, and the handover was done. We could even pay the deposit via Alipay. We hadn't exchanged Malaysian Ringgit at the airport yet, so the host kindly lent us 100 Ringgit at the day's exchange rate – much appreciated! **Room:** Spacious and bright, perfect for families or couples. The sofa in the living room can be used as a small bed, but it slides around a bit, so that might need checking. It has all the amenities you need: Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, and air conditioning. Toiletries are also provided. A minor disappointment was that my room didn't have a view of the Petronas Twin Towers at night. There's a pool on the sixth floor, but unfortunately, it rained later, so I didn't get to try it out. **Surroundings:** The guesthouse itself is on the eighth floor of a mall. You can take the elevator down to the second floor, exit through the fire door, and explore the mall. If you're not keen on local food, there's KFC and Pizza Hut inside. You can also buy daily necessities. There's a budget-friendly supermarket that doesn't accept Alipay, and another slightly pricier one that does. **Foodies:** There's a 7-Eleven about a five-minute walk away, which is super convenient. There's also a wet market nearby. If you check your location on Dianping, you can find a highly-rated local cendol stall about a ten-minute walk away. It's affordable, tastes good, and won't disappoint! (It's the last picture). **Transportation:** The mall's second floor has direct access to the monorail, which is very convenient and goes straight to KL Sentral.

Location: Not exactly in the heart of the city, but there are supermarkets and local eateries nearby. Facilities: It's a Malaysian hotel-style apartment, so it gets quite busy. Quill City Mall is right downstairs. Ambiance: Spacious and bright with complete facilities, including a microwave and washing machine. The price is great, making it very good value for money for longer stays. Service: Chinese-speaking staff, self-service. Ideal for younger travelers.

The hotel's location is excellent, within three kilometers of the Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka Square, and Bukit Bintang shopping malls. The room facilities are relatively new, and I checked in early via WeChat. The space is large, the only minor drawback is that the internet is unstable, and the Wi-Fi is also unreliable. It might not be the hotel's fault, but it's slow compared to domestic internet speeds.

An impressive new addition to KLs hospitality scene, not an hotel but apartments in a residential block. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and filled with natural light. The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean linen ghat elevates the overall stay. The friendly and attentive manager gives the facility a personal welcoming touch. Highly recommend to fellow travellers seeking modern comfort and cleanliness.

1. First off, this is a serviced apartment, not a hotel. It's about 2km from KLCC and Pavilion. Right next door is a mall with an NSK supermarket (they have everything, and durians are snapped up fast by locals!). 2. Trip.com said it just opened, so I expected new facilities. The first room I entered had an indescribable smell. The booking mentioned a sofa bed, but it was just a regular sofa. After giving feedback, they arranged for us to switch rooms the next day. 3. The rooms for the next two days were cleaner and odorless compared to the first one. There's a washing machine (I brought my own laundry pods), which was convenient. 4. Within a 1km radius, there are plenty of local eateries, like Chili Pan Mee and Bak Kut Teh. Behind the Hilton Garden Inn, there's a street with a few excellent durian stalls. 5. This Airbnb-style accommodation seems quite inexperienced. You have to ask about everything: getting the keys, Wi-Fi, trash disposal, returning the key card, and instructions for using various facilities. They really should provide bilingual instructions or a guide. Otherwise, they only tell you if you ask, and even then, responses aren't timely.

The room was very comfortable, and the local staff were exceptionally good. The transportation was convenient, with a mall right downstairs. It was also very convenient for daily life, and getting to KLCC, TRX, and Pavilion by taxi was quick. For breakfast, you can try Chili Pan Mee nearby.
