Wonderful stay at the Ramada. Staff were friendly upon check in and provided umbrellas in the rain. Room was clean, housekeeping daily and two free water bottles a day. Unsure why reviews are all bad, seems to be a lot of Indian reviewers that review bomb the hotel. For the THREE STAR BUDGET hotel this place is perfect for a stay in KL. If nitpicking, towels and bedding could be a bit better. Some stains and tears, but clean and comfortable.

The rooms are old and need maintenance. Don't get carried away by the Wyndham brand its way worse than a boutique hotel. There are cockroaches in the room. Stains on bedsheets which they won't change even after reporting multiple times to reception. Ants in bathroom and bedroom. No tissues in the room. Good luck rolling out the toilet roll as its either going to fall off or the rusted casing is gonna hit and tear your hand skin off. The walls have scuff marks everywhere. The floor has weird yellow drops on them. Not sure why Wyndham has deemed this place to be 3 star.

The room was smaller than expected and saw a couple of cockroaches Had an okay stay

The air con is not working and they give us a fan the fan is slow.the service also bad

The location of the hotel is just a few steps away from the LRT & MRT station which is great. I thought the place is in Chinatown (as stated in the address) , but its more like an Indian street actually, next to a famous temple in KL. The room is small but adequate, very minimal ammenities provided. But the room that I got smelled like wet socks. I think the mop which was used was dirty and smelly that makes the whole room smells so bad. I had to buy an air freshner and put next to my bed & opened the window so that I can sleep that night. Rather than that, the bed was quite confy. Repeating this hotel? I don't think so.

We had a pleasant stay at Ramada Encore Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—right in Chinatown with easy access to public transport, food streets, and key attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Cleanliness was generally good, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service met expectations. Amenities were average; they were adequate for a short stay but nothing exceptional. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money hotel, especially for couples looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

hotel rooms are very small and no ac and breakfast is very dirty daily same breakfast no tasty i never stay this type of hotel in my entire life

Had a great time staying here... Perfect location for all nearby tourist attractions... Cooperative staff... Overall great experience...

They tried to take advantage of me because I'm Chinese. At check-out, they tried to charge me an extra 70 for a 'tourism fee.' I contacted the platform, and they confirmed the room rate already included this fee. After a long discussion at the front desk, they eventually couldn't scam me.
