Wyndham Grand Bangsar Kuala Lumpur Reviews

Our 1st staycation at the Wyndham Grand Bangsar hotel. The check in process was smooth. They even offered check in service through WhatsApp. Good approach.Here details of my review: Location: In the middle of Bangsar town nearest to UM. Easy to find Parking: Free parking Room: Requested for room decorations but just a towel wrapped like a cake. I'm a little bit disappointed. However the room was spacious for my family. 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The toilet has a bathtub and is very clean. Breakfast: breakfast spread quite well. Many options include Malay,. Chinese and Indian cuisine. Roti canai was freshly prepared, served with delicious dhal and chicken curry. I hope traditional kuih like talam, kuih karipap, ketayap can be served. Swimming pool: they provide different pools for kids and adults which is very good. Not too deep. But the parents should still monitor closely. Check out: they offered a late check out until 1pm. We really appreciated it. Recommended for staycation with your Little family.

Waking up early just to enjoy the buffet breakfast at 6am was totally worth it! 🤣 The breakfast choices were really good - I especially loved the toast and eggs. It felt just like preparing breakfast at home. I spent about 1.5 hours enjoying it (which means I’ll need to lose 500 calories at the gym later 😆). The gym was clean and quiet, and the room was cozy and spotless. I especially loved the sandalwood-scented body wash - you could already smell the lovely sandalwood aroma the moment you enter the hotel lobby. It’s such a comforting scent. A big thank-you to Sabita (I hope I got her name right!) who assisted us during check-in  - she was very helpful. My sister-in-law also loved the slice of cheesecake prepared as a congratulatory treat for her graduation day. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back again-next time with my man and my boy! ❤️

Went to many hotels, this is one of the best. Usually my wife always have some complain regarding cleanliness but this time she didn’t complain at all. Looking forward to stay here again!

First time staying at this hotel. Big room, have a nice sleep but pillow too soft. The swimming pool is a little bit small .

Check in process fast and smooth. Staff was friendly. Explain every detail. Variety food in breakfast buffet. Spacious room and room was very clean. However, the parking was a bit narrow and quiet. Quite scary if u come back in midnight

Value for money, close to University Malaya, gym only open till 11pm,room is very clean with complimentary coffee machine

Stayed for two nights. Overall, the hotel is quite nice and the bed is extremely comfortable. However, breakfast has very limited food choices and it gets boring after the first day. I previously booked the same room type and it came with a coffee capsule machine. This time I booked two nights at an even higher price, but there was no capsule machine in the room. When I called the front desk, they insisted that my room type didn’t include it — which was disappointing. Despite this, the overall stay was still pleasant.

The overall rating for this hotel so far so good, the place was really strategic and for a person who travel for business. Im very recomend this hotel to other for stay..

The room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet spread.

Very noisy hotel with highways all around it and the super noisy air conditioner that springs on and off. I couldn’t sleep. Also there was 1 finger nail sized cockroach in the bathroom which I had to take care of. We asked for a room change but was told it was fully booked though I could still book a stay at their hotel for my remaining nights so you can tell they were lying. They also send you a welcome WhatsApp during your stay and let you know you can contact them there if there was anything you needed which I did and they did not reply. See attached. The worst hotel I’ve experienced so never ever again.

I felt very comfortable staying here. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, tidy, and nice, and the hotel location was peaceful. It’s a bit far to find food outside, but that’s not a problem. Breakfast was good with many choices. For the first two days had the same menu, but on the third day, some items were changed, which was great. Overall, my stay here while working was very satisfying.

My always place to go, affordable price with quite good hotel room. I couldn't say more. The parking free also a plus point, just need to validate at the concierge. Will definitely come again and again

After changing of management the room is way better than when it was with Pullman. Will come and stay again next time

Breakfast was good , room was clean , comfort , love the bathtub and pool .
