Check in late due to flight long delayed by Firefly. Reached the hotel late and driver cannot drive to the lobby due to night market. Too tired for dinner and supper. Check in was good and staff friendly.

very convenient location right at the end of Jalan Alor food street, if take grab at night, might not be able to drop right in front of the hotel due to the food street vendors but most grab drivers know how to alight you

The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The main issue was it smelled like smoke. This was quite off putting. It is on a busy market street, though my room was at the back so I couldn’t hear any noise.

Is so good Dear friends, this hotel was very beautiful and clean, and the staff were very respectful and helpful. One of the hotel staff helped me a lot when I arrived and did not have cash with me. He allowed me to rest and sleep until I could go out later to get the money. Very professional service and kind people. I highly recommend this hotel.
