Room clean, environment fine, customer service ok. Amenities needed to improve. Mirror broken no replacement, toilet water leaking no maintenance, door safety lock chain broken no replacement, intercom phone not functioning.

Reachable by walking to Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. Around 5 minutes walk. The trip going to hospital is steep though. Recommend grab when going to hospital. Walking back will be easy because the track is downhill. There are some kedai makan around restaurant. The rooms is just standard but quite comfortable for sleep.

Positives: Very helpful staff. Left my belongings in the room and they kept it safe until I came to collect afterwards. Convenient location. The bathroom are clean enough but definitely can be better. Negatives: Limited street parking. Stained bedsheets but not new stain.
