WP Hotel

I was disappointed with the service during my stay. The staff at front desk  were not friendly or welcoming, and they rarely smiled when interacting with guests. Unfortunately, some of them also came across as quite rude, which made the experience uncomfortable. Hospitality should make guests feel valued, but that was not the case here. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer service and staff attitude in the future. TQ

Great location, the room is clean and quiet. The restaurant serves meal at reasonable price, tried the breakfast and char kway teow. Will come again next time

become far pricier now even with very limited parking. also, i have always book this hotel but up to date I think i haven't met any friendly staff. maybe they are all always tired. but maybe can be trained to smile more and greet guests better instead of showing stern faces

Good location with near to KLCC and monorail station , shortcomings is the limited parking space. The view is nice with swimming pool at roof top and you can view the monorail in front of the hotel

Only two pillows provided per room and when asked, the receptionist said housekeeping has left at 10pm. Our checkout was delayed due to a large group of people at the lobby for checkin and only one person was attending. The time was around 9.30pm. So its not actually our fault that the housekeeping has left. The lobby is full of mosquitoes and my baby has got bitten within few minutes although i secured with blanket and swaddled. Bathroom in our room has some weird smell. The only thing that was acceptable was the breakfast. Limited options but was good. The egg station chef was missing for sometime. But he came back soon after around 10mins. Swimming pool seems ok but it was raining so didnt got into it. Limited parking available. Overall 2 stars.

Very good hotel. Good service. Ideal location. Different types of food available nearby. Hotel breakfast is good. Recommended.
