The RuMa Hotel and Residences

This hotel reminds me of The Puli Hotel in Shanghai, with a very comfortable gym and pool. The service and environment within the hotel are excellent, and the location is superb! The executive lounge, however, had a somewhat limited and unvaried food selection. On the bright side, light meals were available for a long period from 9:00 to 24:00, and breakfast offered more variety. I regret not having tried the Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. The beef congee I ordered for my child in the evening was delicious! I did encounter a peculiar incident: the dry cleaning quality was subpar; oil stains weren't removed, and my 40 momme silk item got pilled. However, after discussing it with the hotel manager, the hotel took full responsibility for the oversight, and I believe improvements will be made. My two-day stay was very satisfying and pleasant. If I get the chance again, I'll definitely remember to upgrade to the Twin Towers suite – enjoying the Twin Towers view from the bathtub is simply outstanding!

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Pavilion. The hotel staff were great too. The decor is really vintage, exactly my style. I had a good stay and would recommend it to friends. Plus, you can even catch a glimpse of the Petronas Towers!

This is a trendy designer hotel with a very strong overall design aesthetic and a luxurious feel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Pavilion. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast spread is generous.

The hotel is great. Good location, spacious rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The price of 1300 including breakfast is excellent value for money. Downsides: The soundproofing between floors is a bit weak, but luckily the guests upstairs weren't night owls. The pool is small and integrated with the bar, so it's only suitable for casual fun. Overall, recommended.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air, with a fantastic sense of design. Their service system is also quite unique; they don't require a deposit, and it seems like you can freely pick from the snacks and drinks in the mini-bar, which is a really nice touch. It's within walking distance to the Pavilion mall, but with the scorching Nanyang sun, I'd still recommend taking a Grab.

The pre-arrival questionnaire was incredibly detailed, taking into account guests' preferences and actually delivering on them. Even the pillow arrangements were thoughtfully done. The service was warm and welcoming, and the minibar was well-stocked with a great variety of items, all complimentary – and you could even ask for more, which really sets it apart from other hotel experiences. The room had a fan, keeping it airy and cool. The location is absolutely fantastic, within walking distance to KLCC Park, perfect for a morning run, and offering breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely loved it from the moment I stepped in! It's exactly the kind of atmosphere I adore – incredibly comfortable and elegant. The bed was so good, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Coming here felt even more reassuring than coming home. I also really enjoyed the jazz music in the room; it truly creates a serene and relaxing ambiance.

The room was incredibly spacious and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, with coffee and eggs made to order and brought to your table, which was a really thoughtful touch. The location is also fantastic, just a five-minute walk to KLCC Park and eight minutes to the Petronas Towers. Pavilion Mall is also only five minutes away, where I highly recommend trying Feifei Crab – it was delicious! The only downside was the pool attendant. My daughter accidentally scraped her skin (a 2cm*0.5cm wound) after bumping into a wall while swimming in the outdoor pool at night because it was too dark. The attendant was very cold and ignored her injury, instead asking us to return the towels. I was surprised and told him we were hotel guests. He then said we'd have to bring them back down after showering. I asked him to use the first-aid kit to disinfect my daughter's wound. He asked if she fell in the pool, and after I explained what happened, he reluctantly got the first-aid kit and slowly pulled out a band-aid. I was shocked and asked if it shouldn't be disinfected first, and only then did he get the iodine for me to use. After returning to the room, I immediately contacted the front desk, and they quickly sent someone to help. So, the only negative point was that pool attendant; he was very unhelpful. Everything else was 100%, and I would definitely stay here again.
