The location is good, right across from Lalaport and Times Square, behind Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. However, outdoor corridor lightning and the cleanliness of the towels could be improved.

Actually we’re happy with the location, since its in Bukit Bintang area, very near Lalaport Mall, but one thing I dislike is our room situation. Very noisy because of I think the loudness of aircon. So if you book here, please avoid room 209, or 309 or 409. We stayed in Room 209

My first time here, really good place for solo travellers, 2 minutes away from monorel station, lalaport mall & berjaya times square

Simple hotel … small and no windows… but very near big shopping mall… pillow nice to sleep with… but bedsheets stained…

Location wise ,perfect ! Very budgety just right enough.

Booked this for a staycation with my little sister on Deepavali Eve so we can shop in Times Square area till midnight. I love how strategic the location is. just walking distance to times square. near to sahara tent. i love the hairdryer the most ! no joke ~ when i arrived, they said luckily we booked early. cause the hotel are overbooked already. lesson learnt , whenever you book a hotel during PH, kindly ensure to book early.

I am already booked this hotel for twice, and maybe if I back to KL, I will booked again. Everything great for me

Need improving in customer service when dealing with customer.

The Reception Indian lady is very friendly and heart warming, hotel room is clean , amenities like toothbrush and towels. Location is just 5 minutes walk to berjaya Times Square, 10 minutes walk to Jalan Alor Night Market, 10 minutes walk to Sungei Wang shopping centre

Front desk Indian lady service is good . Check in Need to pay deposit RM50. Location Opposite lalaport shopping mall . Room size ok . Not much TV channel . Not fridge in room. Room price reasonable. Overall ok.

The room had dust and not properly cleaned (the floor was sticky)... had to do some wiping and washing upon checking-in. Do not get the room near the air con compressors on 2nd floor.
