I stayed here for a few nights and honestly it was a solid experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly. Location also on point they don’t provide a hairdryer, so please bring your own.

Ohana Kuala Lumpur was a very great hostel. They have great management. The hotels were very clean and nice.

I enjoyed my stay, staff were great , I would love to come back to this place, very affordable for backpackers, security is their priority

I wish I left earlier. I wanted to leave 5 days ago but i was sick and so hard to travel when not feeling well. Staff made me feel uncomfortable a lot. I felt like they liked to gossip a lot. I felt like they thought I couldn’t understand but I did understand. And there were bugs in the bathroom which was scary.

I wish they provided A TOWEL. I hate that you have to PAY for a towel. It’s so annoying. And to use any facilities you need a towel but I didn’t want to pay for a basic thing like a towel. And swimming pool doesn’t look clean. And there were bugs on the floor which was so gross.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to important places and easy to access transportation. The overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. I am very satisfied with the service and hospitality. Staffs was friendly person & got any problem told them, they will respond or try to solve the problem U facing. Corridor arcond quite cold, so I'm rather keep my self in my "room"! 😆
