I really enjoyed my stay. The deluxe room was comfortable and close to the lift, with a lovely view. The location is very strategic, especially for shopping. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The location is decent, but there's no parking. We had to walk a bit to a public parking lot, which was quite expensive. Even though we left early and came back late, we spent nearly 200 on parking for just 4 days. The hotel environment is nice, but there were quite a few Malay guests. The room itself was good, but the bedsheets weren't very clean.

Nice clean and comfy hotel. The receptionist, the staff very friendly and very accommodating our request. The locations very strategic with alot of place for shopping. Just abit difficult to find parking nearby hotel.

Hotel location is great. Parking is very limited - there were only 3-4 parking spaces in front of the hotel. The room is not that clean but it’s still okay and acceptable for us.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, near everything on Kuala-Lumpur Center. People are very helpful at the hotel and the restaurant is good

Central of KL and close to twin town and you can walk from hotel to market and street art infrom of hotel are nice street art to take a picture

Room was cleaned and well lit. Good location if you are going by the public transport but not great if you are driving. There are only 6 parking in front of the hotel building and you need the other car to move away if you are the first into the parking slot. Nearby parking would at least cost you RM30 near G.S Gill for overnight parking or RM50 for Semua house parking. All in all, recommended for non-driving stay but not for driving stay.

I always love staying at this hotel; it's clean and tidy, and the main draw is its excellent location.

I had a comfortable stay at MPalace. The hotel's location is strategic . It's really convenient for getting around the area within walking distance. This place is worth for money as a solo traveler.

Highly recommended! Great value for money with comfortable rooms. I had a wonderful stay. But parking a bit issue. Tqsm to the staff that help me for parking

Location is great. Room spacious. Good value for money. Staffs were ok.

Hotel location was so near to shopping centre & foods area. It’s just a walking distance, so convenient. I will look forward stay-in here again. Thank you MPalace hotel & Trip 👍🏻

Excellent stay however location rather confusing and issues with parking. Apart from that had an awesome stay.

The room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work at all. Staff failed to fix the issue and refused a room change, claiming the entire floor had no air conditioning. I was forced to sleep in extreme heat all night. At 3 a.m., the fire alarm went off. I went to the lobby and found no staff on duty.ร คนไทยอย่ามาพักนะคะ บริการเหี้ยมากๆ แอร์ไม่เย็น ไม่แก้ไข สัญญาณไฟไหม้ดังตี 3 แต่ไม่มีใครมาแก้ไข แถสุดๆ ไปพักที่อื่น สบายใจกว่า
