Pretty good! The hotel parking was very convenient, and the environment was nice. The room was spacious, and the public facilities were excellent. Plus, you could even see the KL Tower, which was a great bonus. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

The room was okay, only downside if you bring baby, the cot is the metal type one. The washing machine break down on the last night. But eventually housekeeping and maintenance came and fix the water issue. Photos of vacuum use to clear the water that came from the washing machine. Overall the stay was okay but not recommended for families with young children below age of 2.

Stayed 2 nights. Clean room. Water pressure and heater very good. Fridge and washing machine functioning well. Hotel located high up hill and is very quiet during night time. Not advisable to walk. Room is very hot during afternoon cos the sun shines in. Aircond not cooling enough. Asked for no corner room but was given room with emergency exit staircase, not one side but both side also got stairs 🤷🏻♀️

The room size was more than adequate and it was quiet. It's located at the very end of the alley behind the Shangri-La. There's a small 7-Eleven downstairs. When we first got to our triple room, the duvet felt a bit damp, so we asked to switch rooms and they happily accommodated us. The water from the shower tended to overflow into the toilet area, which was a bit annoying. There's a small kitchen and a dining table, perfect for enjoying coffee and breakfast in the morning.

The cleaning personnel accessed the room without authorization or prior notification.

Staff is super friendly and good . Location is good , the room is nice and clean . So everything is perfect .

we were being upgrade to the suite room. overall satisfying with the stay, but the tissue was not replenished on the 2nd day after housekeeping.

Several repeat stay at the hotel. Still love the services during the stay although there are some hiccups on the room facilities this time round. Check in staff and the manager managed to solve my problems and had pleasant stay. Keep up the standard :)

The place is clean and very convenient. Walking distamce to the klcc petronas twin tower. The staf very friendly snd the room very spacious

The facilities are a bit dated, quite standard, not exactly fancy, but they are all functional, and the washing machine even has a drying function. Overall, I recommend it if you're looking for a good location without increasing your budget; it's a solid choice.

The room is very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, offering a direct view of the KL Tower. The rooftop pool is also visible. However, my room was on a lower floor, so I couldn't see the entire KL Tower.

The hotel very clean and comfortable to stay. Very near to KL Tower. There is a 7Eleven store next to the hotel. 15 minutes walk to KLCC

Everything about this hotel was decent. The lobby was very spacious, though the rooms were a bit small. Breakfast was just okay. The location is convenient, very close to the city center, but getting a taxi was incredibly difficult. Kuala Lumpur's traffic is truly a mess. On the bright side, there were plenty of good takeout options nearby, and it offered good value for money.
