Overall, the location is good for light shopping, food and atmosphere but traffic is very bad leading to the hotel, compared to staying at Bukit Bintang. The entire place is clean, feels new ans staff are friendly. The only disappointment came right at the end during checkout: counter staff (I presume is high-ranking) wished me Happy Birthday and asked if I received my birthday cake accordingly. I said NO since there was no mention during check in nor any cake received. I was given complimentary parking RM5 to make up for it. But I was disappointed and wished I hadn't found out about a cake I was supposed to receive.

The glass sliding door of the toilet is very noisy！ Why no any tekniktion For Repair ? Many time i stay the same room. Never Repair The Door. Please repair it as soon as possible.
Anyway overall the hotel is very nice.Aldy I repeated stay here more than 10 times.

We spent four days at Four Points during the Chinese New Year. It was a fabulous stay which extremely pleasant beyond our expectations. Location is perfect, in walking distance to both metro and skytrain. Room was clean and comfortable, staff members were friendly and helpful, Breakfast buffet provides both local and western options, satisfying all our cravings. Bar, swimming pool and gym have nice city view of Merdeka 118, Petronas Towers and KL Tower. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the delightful peranakan afternoon tea set at Lady Yi’s Tea House.Strongly recommended.
