For those who are looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of KL, here is the place.. but, don't expect much.. you will get what you paid okay.. upon check in, they will request a deposit of RM100 and they will return it to you upon your check out. The fund will be return to you after they do the checking of your room. The cleanliness is not really good as you expect. There are old stain on the floor and i can say it is not really clean. This hotel is ok for short stay like for 1 or 2 days. If you are planning for long stays then you need to look for a better hotel. They also provide iron but you have to go to level 8 to iron your clothes. With the old facilities and their style, i think the charges is fair enough.

This time I got a clean room… the down side is there are no floor mats outside the toilet… I believe many visitors will in the end use the towel as floor mats after they go to toilet… just provide one… not expensive…

The room had a very strong and unpleasant odor, and even after using air freshener, the smell did not improve. To make matters worse, cockroaches were coming out from the toilet, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable for my family. The wallpaper was poorly maintained, with some areas torn and untidy. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were disappointing. Additionally, the cleaner was not very friendly, possibly due to a language barrier as he did not speak English. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The service attitude was great, and my deposit was refunded quickly. There are lots of restaurants and leisure options nearby. The durian was delicious! A kind vendor even gave me an extra sample. There's a supermarket with really cheap items, making it a great value for everyday living expenses. For someone like me who wasn't fully prepared, it saved me money. You can get lunch for around 10 yuan. The affordable supermarket has a wide variety of items at friendly, low prices!

Loved the location, can easily be found by grab. When I checked the restroom, the toilet was not properly flushed, it was disgusting. Cabinet has a lot of small cockroaches.

Do not recommend. There were cockroaches in the room !! Almost passed out. I saw them every night. The room was not really clean, very dusty, the bedsheet had blood stains and other unidentified stains. During my 6 nights they didn't come to clean the room even once !!! Although I saw the cleaning man in the corridor and asked him to come clean, it was not done. I had to empty the trash myself and asked for toilet paper multiple times. Ridiculous. The air-conditioning filter was absolutely disgusting. Rats in front of the building, there is a kind of restaurant things in the same building. And to top it off they ask a 100 ringit cash deposit. I've stayed in different hotels in KL and they never asked such a thing. Also they have me a room without windows when I specifically paid more the window room. I had to complain and they changed my room. Bad experience overall
