I stay in VE hotel during GEM concert. It is a good experience, the bed is comfy, room is clean, and the bathroom also nice with good scent of smell. Actually this is my repeated stay in this hotel. Will come again soon if i come KL for any concert!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect choice for our family trip to attend the concert. The service was wonderful, all amenities were clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Everything was convenient and made our whole experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone coming for events or a family getaway!

I recently spent a weekend at VE Hotel and Residence. While I would definitely return, there are a few operational areas that management, particularly the General Manager, might want to look into to elevate the guest experience. Front Desk: The Front Office team felt completely disconnected. There were no welcoming smiles, making the check-in experience feel cold and uninviting. Dining: The fresh juice station at the breakfast buffet was a major highlight, incredibly refreshing! However, the rest of the breakfast buffet options fell short. The food was mediocre and quite bland, and the bread selection felt stale and hard. The Executive Chef should definitely look into consistent flavor quality. Room Amenities & Communication: There was no notice or letter informing guests that filtered water is provided in the room. I highly suggest providing a welcome letter detailing what is and isn't included. We also noticed a lack of standard amenities like slippers and bathrobes. It would be highly appreciated if the front desk team informed guests about these details upon check-in. Despite these hiccups, i will definitely come back for another stay. Hopefully, these operational tweaks can be made!

My stay at VE Hotel & Residence was generally pleasant. The room was tidy and had a modern, cosy feel, which made it comfortable to stay in. The housekeeping service kept everything clean and organised during my visit. The hotel is also well-situated in Bangsar South, so it is easy to access nearby food places and transport options. Staff were helpful when needed, and the overall experience was hassle-free. I would recommend it for travellers who prioritise cleanliness, comfort, and location.

Good experience for hotel staying experience. Hotel breakfast is nice but there is extra charge RM60+ if your room not include breakfast. Environment is near and can take grab if you want to go Sri petaling, Bangsar or mid valley area

This hotel was chosen for a business trip. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the room environment was decent. My only minor complaint is that they didn't provide bottled water, only direct drinking water. I'm not sure how often they change the filters, which makes me a bit hesitant to drink it. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Staying at VE Hotel & Residence was truly a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I booked through Trip.com and chose the Deluxe Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and had a very calm and relaxing atmosphere the moment I walked in. The separate living area and bedroom made it feel more exclusive and comfortable, almost like staying in a private apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was cold, and the shower was excellent with strong water pressure. The best part was definitely the beautiful night view from the room. The small pantry inside the suite was also very convenient for relaxing with some food or drinks. The hotel location is strategic, making it easy to find food and convenient to travel around Kuala Lumpur. The staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth without any issues.

Spacious and comfortable, very clean, and the water pressure is great. There are plenty of restaurant choices downstairs and across the street. It's really suitable for families with babies and the elderly. Even the living room is comfortable. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After a long day of shopping, it was so relaxing to lie down in the living room that I almost fell asleep. The environment is also quiet. This will definitely be our top choice for future stays. The price is also very reasonable. I hope they can maintain this clean environment and price.

We had a great staycation over the weekend. Location wise very convenient. There are a lot of cafe, bar and restaurants nearby and opposite hotel. Aeon maxvalue just few minutes walk from hotel. Will come again next round.

Front desk: Facial expressions are appalling -- not sure if they were forced-labour or something else unfortunate. Rating 3/10. Room: Comfy bed. Average cleanliness. Poor lighting. Strong A/C game. Rating 7/10. Pool: Very nice indeed. Rating 9/10. Checking-out: Isaac is the epitome of shitty customer service level and animal-esque facial expression. Rating 1/10.

The hotel is a bit far from the tourist attractions but it's easy to get Grab, which makes getting around very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarket near this hotel. Overall facilities are good, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and kind.

Great location with plenty of dining options nearby, including Thai, Japanese, local, Chinese, and Western cuisine. There are also chill bars for drinks and an AEON supermarket for convenient grocery shopping. The room was comfortable overall, though soundproofing could be improved as noise from doors closing in nearby rooms can be heard. Conveniently located close to Mid Valley, making it easy to get around. Overall, a decent and enjoyable stay.
