the room is very dirty, and there were cockroaches.😭😭The bed sheets weren't changed and had many black spots, and the toilet water kept flowing and couldn't be drained.

Booked this hotel for short family trip. The hotel is clean and easy to locate. The location just 10 minutes drive to Zoo negara. The breakfast is simple but tasty.

The hotel is clean, many facilities available in the hotel The front desk very polite and will be help if you have a problem. Accessibility to get mama k restaurant & Asian food. very recommended to stay. and also the price is very affordable

better than the kingston hotel in TRX. this location is very convenient as it has a bus stop nearby and setapak central mall very close as well. they gave us discount and most staff members were very respectful and helpful, they did not com banging on our door (except for one) when we were late for check out. good hotel for the price we had and the rooms aren't small and suffocating too.
