We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade which we can see Menara KL from our room. We also appreciated the free cookies and fruits provided, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, as it is within walking distance to KLCC, making it very convenient. Special thanks to the receptionist, Lisa, who was very kind and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. As for improvement, the breakfast selection could be enhanced with more variety. Overall, it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay.

The room is not very clean and has a smoky smell. There is even a baby cockroach in the room.. the only good part is the bed which is comfy.

truly love this place! the strategic location. vear near to klcc. infinity pool with kl tower view. cozy and spacious room equipped with all the facilities. a large king bed can fit us 4. 2 adults and 2 kids and the sweet gesture from the hotel is very thoughtful! the gv us cake, biscuits and fruits . i will definitely come back! not to forget, their breakfast is sooo gooooood! and the guy who served us is very kind and friendly! i loveeeeee their pastries! ❤️ Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful two-day, one-night stay in a suite at this hotel, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I requested a clean and cozy room, and to surprise my husband on his birthday, the hotel proactively upgraded me to a superior suite free of charge. The suite was very clean and fully amenities. There are cookies and fruits in the suites too. The only downside was the limited selection at the hotel's breakfast.

I had a lovely two-night stay here. I wish I had the chance to try the breakfast, maybe next time. The staff were incredibly helpful and really understanding of my health condition. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I hope I can come back again soon.

Love : The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge with separate shower bathtub & toilet, love the whole size mirror as well. We came to celebrate my sister birthday and they provide us birthday cake, cookies & fruits very thoughtful! Breakfast has decent choices but the service was tiptop, staf were attentive & kind when serves. The bed & pillows are fluffy and comfy and tv is big and love the couch. We had pleasant stay overall. The free cookies were amazing, my niece love it! Thank you! What can be improve : the entrance & exit to parking is bit tight, I fear I actually hit the wall during corner. The staff @ counter should explain about the wifi, breakfast & facilities during check in. Thank you
