My child 2years old incidentally hit by coffee table (very unstable and not suitable to be put in family suite), and admitted to hospital for t&s. I called for first aid at the first place from hotel but was told not available and need to wait for one hour. I decided to bring hospital immediately as the wound at right foot oozing with blood and i just applied tissue with direct compression. This issue already informed to manager and they apologised for this matter with a bit compensation. Hope this problem not recur in the future

Room: The hotel room was spacious & cool. The bed was nice. But my toilet has a water leaking problem at the bidet. Anyway, the bathtub was great!
Amenities: I enjoyed the rooftop pool with KL tower view and its clean. Nice!
Breakfast: Can be improved, only got options just nasi goreng, cereals, pastries, breads. Paid rm40 for an add on breakfast for 1 pax but personally I dont feel worth it. But I enjoy the rooftop breakfast view.

It was my third stay in this hotel in last 3 months and can say its perfectly located in KLCC. You can walk to all the important places like Suria KLCC and petronas twin towers. Train station is nearby and good food is availabel all around the hotel. Staff is very helpful including the room cleaning people.

This hotel has a laundry room which is quite rare since it shares with a service apartment. The room is generally clean and well kept. It's about 7 min walk to KLCC, but if you want to visit other shopping areas, you probably need to have your transport. The breakfast spread is reasonable although not the widest range, but you get to dine in rhe roof top. One thing I don't really like is that the carpark is narrow and requires sharp turn, definitely not easy to drive in and out if you come in a big MPV or SUV.

Very strategic location..In the middle of the city with Petronas Twin Tower just within walking distance.. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Probably need to look at the pest control as I saw a cockcroach crawling out from the floor in the night..
