Super convenient for taxis, the staff were incredibly warm and responsible, and the room was excellent.

I do not understand the hotels in Malaysia it seems the rooms for hotels 700 baht are not up to my standards needs maintenance and eye for details,thr door looks old and i dont understand there kind of hardened paste on the door knob,not asthetically pleasant and in the morning you wake up due to the monorail train passing near your window i was at room 310,inside the beds were decent 1 Queen and 1 single 3 bottles of water and instant coffee the Ac facing the large bed where i sleep unconvenient for me overall if u are on a budget even though 700 baht is expensive for this hotel

I and my wife went for Chinese new year visiting, more hotel normally I book are full or asking double in new year peak, this hotel is middle east muslim Community so doesn't affected in Chinese New year period, quite closed to MRT, first time I stay in this hotel, firstly, I took Grab to the hotel and confused to the hotel.

Location just nice, nearby LRT, but a bit noisy Value for money Worth to stay Need to maintain the hotel

Everytime i want checkout always have to wait for a long time because no staff at the counter

Check in at 3 am in the morning … get room without water supply .. need to wait till 4am before they decide to change room … new room aircon is npt working properly but really tired to change another room

Everything is ok only the bed was full of bed bugs@Pijat . I woke up in the morning and my body was so itchy bite by the bed bugs @ Pijat. So I think the hotel should change the bed for a new ones.

check in around 9pm and i don’t get it why the staff is so rude, the room not really soundproof bcs we still can hear other’s alarm this morning… but the room is okay for us 3 sta

I stayed here for one night. The location is great it’s close to the MRT, LRT, and Monorail Titiwangsa stations. The area is surrounded by plenty of Kelantanese Thai eateries, mamak stalls, and Indian restaurants, so food is never a problem. The room was okay overall, but I think something was off with the linen it felt a bit oily, like maybe it wasn’t washed properly or hadn’t been changed. Not too sure. The floor was also quite slippery, so be careful when walking around.

cash deposit rm50..room ok but only one tv channel available...reception non local malaysian..evening shift counter staf cant speak english well.. i need to change the room coz of tv channel problem he said later come to fix.. until check out he didnt come to solve problem
