There is a special pleasure in traveling with friends. Our trip this time was the best trip of our life. Trip.com made our travel very easy. We booked hotels very easily through Trip.com. Trip.com is the most trusted company for booking hotels easily and affordably.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It's located near a pedestrian street and very close to the Weapons Market. You can even walk to the Twin Towers from here. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful; they even found my lost charger for me!

The location is excellent, especially for tourists. The hotel is conveniently located near many famous attractions such as Merdeka Square, Sultan Abdul Samad Jamek Mosque, Chinatown Kuala Lumpur, River of Life, Kwai Chai Hong, and Petaling Street Market — all within walking distance, which made sightseeing very convenient. The service was good, and the staff were helpful throughout the stay. Room service was also satisfactory and responsive when needed. However, there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues. A few cockroaches were found in the room, the air conditioner was not working properly and leaked water onto the floor, and the bedside night lamp was not functioning. Overall, it’s not a bad choice for a budget hotel, especially considering the strategic location. With better cleanliness and maintenance, the stay could be much more comfortable.

The hotel room looks old style & the furniture is old. Location not far to Bukit bintang but better grab taxi / Grab if want to reach faster. Fare may hike at peak hours like RM15 - 20/trip. Staying in a corner room with so many windows can see the surrounding area but the glass is dirty. Some curtains do not properly function near the bathtub but not goin to open it. Cleanliness is acceptable but can be further improved as it is not easy to clean up this room due to the design setup. A bathtub just next to the bed doesn't really work for me. The hot water shower was functional & good. The luggage temporarily stores at an open designated area near the reception counter. Grab hailing pick up / drop off service easy. Walking to Bukit bintang by foot for around 15 min as per google's map but it took me about 20 min - 30 min as navigation issues. There is a cafe just next to the hotel. Overall stay, manageable & still good.

An ordinary hotel in the middle of KL city. The rooms are not very good. The breakfast is not good. The employees are not friendly except for the one who takes care of the parking outside.

I like the location and accomodating staff , cleanliness is ok

Check is very smooth we get good room with the strong ac . But reception staff being rude to us next day we call for cleaning they said pay first for deposit then i will send staff to clean room. Even they not apologizing for the kettle is dirty have hair in the cup just said ok i will send someone to change. Good place for family

I had a pleasant one-night stay at Arenaa Star Hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the 24-hour front desk were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and everything worked well. The location is convenient—close to restaurants and attractions—making it easy to get around. The fitness room was a nice bonus, and parking was available nearby, which made it very convenient. Overall, it’s good value for money for a short trip. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay in the city.

For this price and location, you really can't complain. The soundproofing is the only minor issue, but that was only when there were kids next door. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
