Nice personal Location needs transport to move to both malls, the Gardens and the MegaMall, or even to Nu Mall Add to budget travel cost daily on Grab or Bolt . Make sure your booking room have window 😅

Observed cockroaches on the toilet for the room. Notified the front desk and changed the room. However, the cleanliness of the hotel required to improve

Room 307 - Toilet cloque on shower place. Room 308 - Water heater not functioning. Both rooms also no FAN controller.

My original hotel booking was cancelled, and the alternative they gave me was much worse. However, the guy at the front desk was really nice and even lent me 20 RMB.

Giving it four stars, my overall stay was really good. The hotel's location is convenient; it's just a few minutes' taxi ride to Mid Valley City. If you're driving, there's free parking, which makes getting around and shopping hassle-free. The 24-hour front desk staff are welcoming, and check-in was efficient. The room was clean, and the air conditioning, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly, so the basic amenities were all there. The only minor drawback is that the hotel's decor is a bit dated, and the soundproofing in rooms facing the street isn't great, so you can hear traffic at night. Overall, it's great value for money and perfect for a short trip. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.

No restaurant. We asked for extra pillows. Receptionist said will check and let us know. But she never contacted or called us. Before booked we saw at photos and we thought have restaurants. But don’t have. Really disappointed. We are travel from Johor. We need to went for restaurant via grab. Waste of money for grab. Tq

We didnt take any photo of the room condition as we arrived late and tired from long journey. We entered the room few cockroach greet us. About to boil hot water for my baby then same thing happen, coackroach was inside the kettle. Too tired to argue and to change another room. We decided to sleep off the night. Maybe can consider pest control to assist with this matter.

I have a bad experience where my room smelled smoke while come into the room. it takes some times to remove the bad smell. Others were okay

Good budget hotel. No frills. Nice quiet area right next to a shopping center, 6 minutes away.

Door card was defective. Went to the desk and staff just followed me to the room. After opening the door, he doesnt even bothered to issue a new card. Corridor lights were dark due to spoiled lights not replaced.
