Check in was fast and quick. Room of decent size. The carpet floor abit dirty. The bathroom is slightly outdated. Would prefer standing shower with open close door. Connect to mid valley mall with plenty shopping and food choices.

Hotel reception was amazing and attentive even though I arrived in the evening. The room was breathtaking and on the top floor.
Whole room was spotless and clean. Housekeeping daily checks and does the necessary.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with all the required amenities, or call housekeeping if additional amenities (such as a comb) is needed and they will deliver it to the room immediately.
There are water dispensers at the corridor for drinking water, which is very convenient.
Absolutely love the location in Mid-valley and parking is flat rate RM5. The only downside is that the parking is shared with mid-valley so depending on when you go there, it may be hard to find parking.
Excellent buffet breakfast.

V convenient location.
Hotel was newly renovated and well managed. Staff were all v friendly. Room was spacious.
Shopping, many F&B options and grab services at your doorstep.
Hotel Breakfast was good too, though can be crowded as the hotel has high occupancy.
Overall, I had a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Will choose and recommend this hotel next time.

I would love to take this opportunity to thank you St Giles Boulevard hotel team for surprising us for our anniversary and make it meaningful. Hubby was happy and sSt Giles hotel will be always in our list. Hotel takes care of every details and even decorate the room and surprises us by rejecting our request. We love the location as it’s superb convenient. If you lazy to go out, room service will be top choice without hurting your wallet.

Excellent location and a stone throw away from KTM train station to get to KL Sentral and onwards to KLIA. Buffet breakfast, nothing to shout about and you are better off buying at the supermarket at the mall next door. Cleanliness of bedsheet, pillow case and towel can be improved upon. Might be a case of high occupancy as the cleaners are still tidying up my room at 6pm during check-in. Excellent hotel for short stay in KL.
