the room was really good, had two nice big windows with alot sunlight and a nice view. TV was fine about the screen was kind of broken. They provided a really delicious black tea, coffe, sugar, water and snacks. Unfortunately the bed sheet was not really clean although there is a daily cleaning service. Location is great! Close to metro station and mosque. The cleaning squad, two Indian men, are the best! Very friendly and helpful. They always asked me if I need something. On the first day I asked the two Indian men if they can provide me an adaptor for the powerpoint. In the afternoon they put it on my desk. Super service of cleaning staff.
Overall I felt really really comfortable in the Hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel

Clean and safe room, equipped with towels, soap, drinks, and biscuits. An iron is available in the hallway. The hotel is conveniently located beside the LRT Masjid Jamek entrance.
Everything is okay, but I hope in the future, the hotel could ensure that the receptionist is friendlier. That's all.

It has been awhile since i step foot in Lotus Masjid Jamek, Hotel was still holding to their Standards. Will definitely be back for more stays.

I had an excellent stay. Close to everything I need: laundromat, food, shopping, Chinatown. Staff is polite. I would recommend and I would stay again when in town. Thank you.

Nice hotel. Decent spacious room. Enjoyed the soft bed. The small biscuit packets provided. Tea and coffee sachet and the kettle provided. Plenty of storage. Large writing desk and stable chair

The room was spacious, clean, and featured a nice combination of a bath tub and a shower, offering great comfort. Its proximity to the airport was convenient for my travel plans
